TOROcast – Episode 27 – Coruscant… It's a Planet.

I am not sure if you saw the developer dispatch video this week but, Musco and I both agree it was awesome. The main focus of this weeks show was simply this, planets and their vastness. How much space are we going to have to run around? Coruscant showed us a lot of possibilities this week and we discussed it this week. We also were able to go back to our topics last week and had some excellent questions. Oh and can it be true??? Samm actually enjoyed the TOP 17… Enjoy the show everyone.

Mailbag/Q&A

  • So basically my question is how much would it suck if the MicroTransaction items were all timed items (ie buy a mount for a month)? Do you see TOR having this? (jimjimster)
  • With games like WoW, lotro, AoC and of course many others they have a wide spread of class set ups, which in turn effects raid tatics. There are raids where it’s 100% needed to take 3 of this class 2 of that etc… and with a large mix of classes they can create a large mix of raids, my question is with only 4 classes a faction can they come up with a raiding system that rivals that of games already doing them pretty dam well? (Nithorian)
  • do you think TOR will bring in the older players the 40+ (robert)

About SammMoney

Hey there friends I am Samm 'Money' Carbo, owner of Twonk Hammer Entertainment, LLC. In March of 2009, along with a dearly missed friend I started a podcast some may know; The TOROcast based on Star Wars: The Old Republic, unfortunately that game was not a fit for me however I did not want to give up podcasting and reviewing games. Thus I started this site, and The Ban Hammer podcast. I am the proud father of currently one, work as a computer tech during the day, and a mail man on Saturday's as you can imagine my life is busy. Follow me on Twitter @SammMoney and of course follow us here @TwonkHammer.
