Rage Quit

I was recently in a flashpoint with 3 other people and everything seem to be going great. This would be the 4th time i tried to complete Taral V, but every time i got to the last boss, someone would quit or dc and the group would disband. Super aggravating. This last time, our healer, i thought had an interesting name. '"Dale'JR." I thought it was strange, but didn't realize until i clicked on his character that his legacy name was  "Earnheart." At this point i got the joke and asked him in group chat if he liked Nascar? I didn't get a response, which i thought was strange. Our DPSer in the group would then make a joke how "Nascar stood for Non Athletic Sport Centered Around Rednecks." Which i thought was rather funny. Apperently Dale did not. He waited for us to start the boss fight, then he ran to a corner and Rage Quit. Needless to say, we wiped and couldn't finish the Flashpoint all because we made fun of Nascar.

So my question is, have you ever had this situation before where someone Rage Quit in the middle of something, or have you ever Rage Quit yourselves???
